Bea Fields is the President of Bea Fields Companies, Inc. and the Founder of Five Star Leader Coaching and Training, a leadership consulting firm currently serving over 800 clients world-wide. Along with Scott Wilder, Jim Bunch and Rob Newbold, she is the co-author of Millennial Leaders: Success Stories From Today’s Most Brilliant Generation Y Leaders. Along with Corey Blake and Eva Silva Travers, she is also the author of Edge: A Leadership Story, which was named a finalist in the 2008 National Best Book Awards in the category of Business/Motivation.

Tara Alexandra is a business coach and online business manager. She’s passionate about coaching entrepreneurs and professionals as they navigate the challenges of growing their businesses as they grow themselves.

She’s also the creator, producer and host of Michigan Entrepreneur, a weekly television talk show in its 17th season, which has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs share their stories and gain more visibility.

Prior to her work as a coach, Tara worked in corporate finance in the tech sector, and also taught accounting and finance courses at several universities. A lifelong learner, Tara loves to explore new subjects and find ways to use technology to get things done -- faster, easier, and with less effort!

She developed a leadership program for executives that is credited with transforming the culture in their organizations. She authored Business-Building Referrals and offers a 10 module program based on her book that focuses business owners on using referrals to build successful businesses. Lorraine co-authored, Get It Right with Jay Michlin. They encourage hiring managers to hire the right team members or pay the price. She is recognized as a leader in her community and recently received an award as Business Person of the Year.

With over a decade in employee training and development, public relations and marketing, Anne Fields has been described as a “go getter” leadership coach who brings both a strong and fresh perspective to leadership and team coaching, consulting, a. She has over ten years of experience as an event planner, and customer support. From these roles she understands how to be conscientious, approachable, empathetic, and supportive with clients. Later in her career, Anne opened her own business as a sales consultant and freelance executive assistant. As an entrepreneur and small business owner, she has been where you are and understands the struggles and potential roadblocks you may face.
